Teaching Assistant - Primary School, Bexley
Location: Bexley
Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm (plus afterschool Club 3:30pm - 6:00pm)
Pay: £14-£15 per hour
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Bexley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference in their learning and development.
About the Role:
Support teaching and learning across the primary age range
Provide assistance to pupils in class and during small group activities
Supervise and lead engaging sessions for the afterschool club from 3:30pm to 6:00pm
Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly advantageous
A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, caring, and flexible approach
