An inclusive and high-achieving primary school in the Sale area of Trafford is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team from January 2026 in a Supply and Support role. This is a full-time position for two terms, ideal for a skilled and adaptable teacher who enjoys variety and working collaboratively across year groups.

About the Role
This Supply and Support Teacher position offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact across the school. The successful candidate will work flexibly to provide cover for teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time, short-term absences, and targeted teaching interventions. They will work across different year groups, supporting pupils' learning and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality curriculum.
This role would suit a confident classroom practitioner who enjoys the challenge of working with different classes and age groups, as well as a teacher who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across a range of year groups from EYFS to Key Stage 2.
- Provide effective classroom cover during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Support small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
- Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality provision.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and create a positive learning environment in every classroom.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's values and ethos.

- Hold a relevant Teaching qualification
