SEN Teaching Assistant - North Somerset
Flexible, long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities available

We're a friendly, personable team that takes the time to really get to know you - your strengths, your goals and the kind of environment where you'll thrive. We work with inclusive, supportive schools across North Somerset that share our passion for helping every child reach their potential.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills through both classroom and community-based learning. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you'll support individual pupils and small groups, adapting activities to meet each learner's unique needs.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
- Supporting children or young people with additional needs (SEN, SEMH, ASD, or speech and language).
- Working in education, specialist care, early years or youth work.
- Bringing patience, creativity and empathy to every interaction.
You'll be joining a warm and welcoming team who truly value their staff. The school has fantastic facilities, a strong community spirit, and a leadership team who invest in professional development and staff wellbeing.
