Location: Newcastle
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: Must hold a full UK driving licence or have a driving test booked.

Your Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn to:
- Source and interview candidates for education roles across the North East
- Build lasting relationships with schools and candidates
- Negotiate, communicate, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are
- Full UK driving licence or test booked (essential)
- Confident, articulate, and motivated to succeed
- A background in sales, customer service, or education helps, but not required
- Able to manage targets and work well under pressure
