About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our St Albans team. In this role, you'll support local schools by sourcing exceptional teachers and support staff, ensuring they have the talent they need to thrive. You'll learn from experienced consultants and gain the skills to build a successful long-term career.

No prior recruitment experience is required - just motivation, resilience, and a genuine interest in working with people.

Your Development Path

You'll begin by mastering candidate resourcing - connecting with educators, assessing roles that suit them, and guiding them through the compliance process. What You'll Receive

  • Competitive salary: £28,000-£30,000

  • Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000-£42,000)
