Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions
- Assisting with literacy and numeracy catch-up programmes

A Qualifying Candidate will hold:

- The ability to motivate and encourage young people
