Cover Supervisor - Flexible Supply Work Around Worksop

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences

  • Delivering pre-planned work and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Managing behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged

  • Supporting school routines and expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills

  • Experience with young people (youth work, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, etc.)

  • A passion for supporting education

  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
