Contract Type: Full-time / Term-time

Salary: £95 - £105 a day (dependant on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) desirable.
