Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, supportive and well-established nursery team in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing Early Years environment that prioritises high-quality care, child-centred learning and the holistic development of every child.

You will be joining a team that values creativity, curiosity, and play-based learning. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, strong Early Years knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring children feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).

• Has secure experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years within a nursery or EYFS setting.

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and can plan imaginative, stimulating and developmentally appropriate activities.

• Is confident supporting children's personal, social and emotional development through positive relationships and a nurturing approach.

• Can carry out accurate observations, assessments and maintain high-quality record-keeping.

• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a warm, inclusive and inspiring Early Years environment.

• Ideally holds Paediatric First Aid (desirable, not essential).
