Teaching Assistant Roles - Full-Time or Part-time flexible work | Primary Schools across Surrey
Locations: Surrey (Outer London area)
Start Date: December 2025

Tradewind have some exciting opportunities for Teaching Assistants as we are experiencing increasing demand for LSA's and Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across the Surrey area, particularly in the Outer London/Fringe area.

Applicants must live in the Surrey area or in Outer London and happy to travel to areas such as Epsom, Caterham, Redhill etc - depending on your location we understand one area is more feasible than another.

These roles are ideal for support staff with some prior experience supporting EYFS, KS1 or KS2 - even if it is voluntary. We are open to Graduates with a keen passion to pursue a career in education.

Available Roles:

  • 1:1 SEN Support - Work closely with pupils who have special educational needs to provide tailored support.

  • General Classroom Support (EYFS - Year 6) - Help deliver engaging lessons and support students across the primary age range.

  • Early Years Support - Support the development of younger learners in Nursery and Reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

  • Provide individual or small group assistance, particularly to pupils with additional needs

  • Help prepare materials and create a positive learning environment

  • Work closely with school staff to support pupil progress and well-being

Ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience with children is a plus, but not essential

  • Enthusiastic, dependable, and patient

  • CHILD WORKFORCE ONLY Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • At least 3-5 days availability per week
