An Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate - Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2026. This role continues until July, with a strong likelihood of extension into September 2026.

About the Role:

You will support teaching and learning across the school by:
* Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery
* Providing small group and 1:1 academic support
* Giving constructive feedback to help students make progress
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting extracurricular clubs and school events
