An exceptional secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team from January 2026.

Role Highlights:

  • Supporting students with autism, learning difficulties, and social/emotional needs
    * Providing 1:1 academic support and behaviour mentoring
    * Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions
    * Helping students to access the curriculum and engage confidently in lessons
    * Contributing to an inclusive, positive, and thriving learning environment

We're Seeking Someone Who:

  • Has experience with SEN or a strong desire to learn
    * Is patient, resilient, and motivated to support student development
    * Can communicate clearly with staff, students, and parents
    * Is proactive, empathetic, and committed to helping young people succeed

What You Need:

  • A degree
    * Enhanced DBS Disclosure
    * Suitable references covering your recent employment history
    * The legal right to work in the UK
