About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and support staff to help deliver high-quality learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll play a key role in supporting students in the classroom, leading small group sessions, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing in-class support to teachers and students

• Leading small group activities and targeted interventions

• Supporting students with their learning both academically and emotionally

• Helping to create engaging resources and classroom materials

• Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive learning behaviours

• Supporting extracurricular clubs, activities, and school events
