Tradewind are currently working exclusively with a range of schools in Luton, Houghton Regis and Dunstable who are looking for staff to join them on a long-term and daily basis from January.

We are looking for people with experience working with children with SEN either in schools or other settings. People from care or youth work backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

For the strongest educators, this may lead to full-time employment with the school.

What we're looking for:
* Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs

* Ability to work effectively with class teachers and SENCOs
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
