Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school in Sheffield. This full-time, long-term opportunity requires an HLTA with experience in both general classroom support and leading targeted intervention work.
The Role:
- You will be covering classes and PPA time, delivering pre-planned lessons.
- You will be working with pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2, providing both whole-class support and targeted interventions for small groups.
- You will assist teachers with planning and evaluating lessons to help boost pupil progress.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Be confident and proactive in their approach to classroom support.
- Have recent, relevant experience in a primary school setting.
- Be committed to making a positive impact on children's education.
- Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills.
