Maths Tutors & Maths Cover Supervisors Needed - Secondary Schools in Stroud

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking Maths Tutors, Maths Cover Supervisors, and qualified Maths Teachers to support secondary schools across the Stroud area. Whether you're an experienced educator, a Maths graduate exploring a teaching career, or a skilled tutor looking to step into school-based work, we want to hear from you.
These opportunities are available from January through to July 2026, with a variety of short-term, long-term, and flexible part-time roles to suit your schedule.
What We Offer
* Positions available immediately through to July 2025/2026
* Flexible work 2-5 days per week
* Weekday hours 8:30am-3:30pm
* Competitive pay from £130-£200 per day, depending on experience and role

We're Looking For Individuals Who Can:
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Maths and education
* Inspire, motivate, and build rapport with students aged 11-18
* Deliver or support engaging Maths lessons
* Manage behaviour positively and calmly
* Bring confidence, empathy, and enthusiasm to the classroom
Essential Requirements
* QTS or experience tutoring/teaching Maths to young people
* An enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to apply-support provided)
* Ability to provide professional references
* A CV covering the last 10 years where possible
* Legal right to work in the UK
