This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and experienced in supporting young children within a school setting.

The Role
* Full-time Early Years (Reception) Learning Support Assistant
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support, including for children with SEND
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
* Contributing to the wider school life and promoting a positive, inclusive ethos

Who We Are Looking For
* LSAs or childcare professionals with experience in Early Years
* Candidates who have worked in Nursery or Reception settings
* Individuals seeking a collaborative and respectful working environment prioritising wellbeing
