About the Role:
We're looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging and practical Engineering lessons across KS3-KS5 (or KS4-KS5 depending on the school). You'll be joining a supportive department with access to excellent facilities and resources. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on learning, innovation, and helping students understand real-world engineering applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Engineering lessons

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental teamwork

  • Support students preparing for exams, coursework, and practical assessments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or relevant further education teaching qualification

  • Specialism in Engineering or a related subject area

  • Experience teaching Engineering at secondary or post-16 level

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for STEM education

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
