Join Tradewind Education - Become a Specialist Tutor and Change a Young Person's Future

Tradewind Education is expanding its dedicated tutoring team, and we're looking for skilled, compassionate educators who can provide high-quality, 1:1 and small-group tuition to young people who need extra support outside of the mainstream classroom.

As a Tradewind tutor, you will work with students who may be experiencing gaps in learning, disrupted education, or challenges that require personalised, consistent academic support. Your role will be to help them re-engage, rebuild confidence, and make meaningful progress-often at pivotal moments in their education.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver tailored tuition in English, Maths, Science or other curriculum subjects

  • Plan engaging sessions that meet each student's individual learning needs

  • Build positive, motivational relationships that encourage progress and resilience

  • Provide clear feedback and track attainment to support each learner's pathway

  • Work flexibly-many roles offer a mixture of in-person and online tuition

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified teachers OR experienced tutors with strong subject knowledge

  • A patient, empathetic approach suited to learners who need personalised support

  • Confidence working independently and adapting lessons to varying abilities

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
