Experienced Tutors Wanted - Join Tradewind Education's Specialist Tutoring Team

Tradewind Education is seeking dedicated, skilled tutors with proven experience to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to young people who benefit from structured support outside the mainstream classroom.

If you've previously worked as a tutor-whether online, in-person, privately or through an agency-this is an opportunity to take your expertise further and make a meaningful difference to learners who need tailored guidance to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group tuition in your specialist subjects

  • Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons that respond to each learner's needs

  • Support students who may have gaps in knowledge or disrupted education

  • Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

  • Work flexibly, with a mixture of online and local in-person tuition

We're Looking For Tutors Who Have:

  • Previous or current tutoring experience (any setting welcome)

  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, Science or other curriculum areas

  • A calm, supportive and adaptable teaching style

  • Confidence working independently and tailoring sessions to different abilities

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
