Year 3 Teacher

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three form entry primary school located in Harrow, North-West London, which is seeking a Year 3 teacher to start in January.

As a three-form entry school, teachers share planning within year groups, allowing for reduced workload. The leadership team is well-established and proactive in ensuring staff are well supported and pupils are given every opportunity to thrive.

The successful candidate will:

Take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills, creating a calm and purposeful environment.

Work effectively with year group colleagues to plan and assess as part of a supportive teaching team.

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote a cohesive school community.

The school welcomes applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The school is just a 10-minute bus ride from the nearest station, and on-site parking is available for those who drive.
