Salary: £168.80 - £261.78 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher with Tradewind, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3-KS5 within your specialist subject.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow each school's policies and procedures.

  • Support students' learning and ensure a positive, productive classroom environment.

  • Enjoy the variety of working across different school settings, including large academies and smaller community schools.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools

  • Two suitable references covering the last two years

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people

  • Reliability, flexibility, and confidence across different classroom environments
