Teaching Assistant
Location: Tameside
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing
Pay: £90-£95 per day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Tameside, covering an open vacancy. This is a full-time, ongoing role, starting as soon as possible.
The Role:
You will be supporting pupils across the school, including those with SEND, with a particular focus on behaviour support. You will also be expected to assist with the delivery of Phonics, so prior experience or knowledge in this area is essential.

Located within Tameside, the school is easily accessible by both car and public transport. There is a large, free on-site staff car park with ample availability. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community and offers a supportive working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience working within UK schools
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
Confidence supporting behaviour
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply), overseas police checks if applicable, and professional references
A CV covering your full employment history
Legal right to work in the UK
