The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers and pupils in Key Stage 1. You will play a vital role in helping children develop their skills, confidence, and love for learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and resource management

  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to staff

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience working with KS1 pupils

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for education and child development

  • Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude
