Teaching Assistant - EYFS

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in their early years? Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Oldham, seeking a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

The Role:

  • Full-time position supporting EYFS students in a nurturing and dynamic environment

  • Work alongside the class teacher to provide tailored support and deliver engaging learning activities

  • Support children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

  • Has experience working with SEND children (desirable)

  • Compassionate, proactive, and dedicated to helping children reach their full potential
