SEN Assistant role - Mainstream & SEN schools - training and development included

Inclusive Secondary and specialist SEN provisions in Amersham, Buckinghamshire seek a compassionate SEN Assistant to provide tailored support to students with a wide range of special educational needs including communication, cognition, emotional and physical support.

As a SEN Assistant, you will work across both mainstream and SEN settings providing in-class assistance, pastoral support and personalised learning interventions. Implement EHCP strategies under teacher guidance
Help create accessible learning environments
Monitor engagement and wellbeing

Suitable Candidates possess...

Essential experience supporting children/young people
Experience with SEN desirable
A passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes
A Full Enhanced DBS Check, with Update Service Subscription (or willing to apply)
