The role involves supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring continuity of learning. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3-KS4, maintain positive behaviour, and provide classroom support to subject departments where required.

Responsibilities:

Supervise lessons across a range of subjects

Support the school by covering short and/or long-term teacher absences

Requirements:

Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred)
Strong communication and presence
Resilient and proactive approach
Direct transferable skills to classroom management
