Behaviour Mentor - SEMH (Secondary)
Location: Brent, North West London
Start: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Pay: £95-£125 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour in a specialist secondary setting.

Role includes:

  • 1:1 and small-group behaviour support (KS3-KS4)

  • De-escalation and behaviour regulation strategies

  • Supporting re-engagement with learning

  • Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams

Requirements:

  • SEMH / PRU / SEND experience

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Team Teach / MAPA (or equivalent) preferred

  • Calm, resilient and relationship-focused
