Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £35,000-£42,000 (Year 1)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence (or driving test booked)

The Role

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll support schools across the region by matching talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities. Through our Impact Academy, you'll benefit from structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression pathways designed to set you up for long-term success in recruitment.

Your Development Journey

  • Source, interview, and assess high-quality education professionals

  • Create engaging candidate profiles and present them to schools

  • Support experienced consultants while developing your own client relationships

  • Progress into full 360° recruitment, including business development, account management, and negotiation
