Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Chesterfield)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis across a range of primary schools in the Chesterfield area.

This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting pupils from Early Years through to Year 6. You may be asked to work one-to-one, in small groups, or occasionally provide whole-class cover when required. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a real difference in the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working within a primary school setting

  • Confidence supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

  • A flexible and positive approach to working in different school environments

  • A Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
