Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools (Rotherham Area)

Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Rotherham and is seeking reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for full-time roles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, as you may be supporting different year groups from Early Years through to Year 6. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting pupils with their learning, and helping to create a positive and engaging school environment. On occasion, you may also be asked to step in and support whole-class learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working within a primary school setting

  • Confidence supporting children across a range of ages and abilities

  • A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach

  • A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (beneficial but not essential)
