Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Eligibility: Graduates only - Class of 2025 or earlier
Tradewind Recruitment is expanding in Liverpool and is seeking Graduate Recruitment Consultants to start immediately. This role is strictly for graduates who completed their degree in 2025 or earlier.

Your Role
- Recruiting teachers and education staff for schools across the North West
- Conducting interviews and compliance checks
- Supporting senior consultants while developing your own desk
- Progressing into sales, business development, and account management
