Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting graduates to work as Cover Supervisors across a range of secondary schools in the Southport area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop classroom management skills, support pupils' learning, and gain valuable insight into life in a secondary school setting.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged with pre-set work
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Support pupils' learning across a range of subjects
* Gain valuable experience to strengthen future teacher training or PGCE applications
