SEMH Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Immediate Start

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with SEMH needs in class and during interventions

  • Helping plan and deliver engaging, meaningful learning activities

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and staff to champion each child's development

  • Monitoring progress and celebrating every success

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEMH (primary-aged preferred)

  • Strong communication, patience, empathy, and energy to inspire

  • Team player who can also take initiative

  • Passionate about making school a safe and stimulating place to learn
