Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting day-to-day secondary supply teachers to work in schools across Chelsea from February 2026.

This role suits teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to work across a range of high-performing secondary schools.

The role:

  • Day-to-day classroom cover across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson content
  • Ensuring positive behaviour and engagement
  • Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies
  • Feeding back to departments when required

Requirements:

  • QTS and recent UK secondary teaching experience
  • Strong presence in the classroom
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new settings
  • A commitment to student wellbeing and progress
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
