Are you a TEFL or EAL Teacher looking to take your first step into teaching in UK secondary schools? Do you enjoy supporting students with their English language development and want to gain valuable classroom experience?
Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with secondary schools across Swindon to recruit TEFL and EAL teachers for English cover teaching and Cover Supervisor roles. These positions are ideal for individuals who have taught English as a foreign or additional language and are now looking to begin or develop a career in mainstream education.
You will be delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting students with their learning, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Information:
* Roles available from ASAP
* Ongoing and long-term opportunities available
* English cover teaching and Cover Supervisor roles
* Working hours: 8.30am-3.30pm, weekdays only
* Pay between £130-£200 per day, depending on experience
* Flexible working patterns: 3-5 days per week
* Opportunities to progress into long-term teaching roles and teacher training routes

We Are Looking For People Who:
* Have experience teaching TEFL, EAL, or ESL
* Are passionate about supporting students with English as an additional language
* Are confident leading a classroom and engaging students aged 11-16
* Can follow lesson plans and adapt activities where needed
* Build positive relationships and act as a strong role model
* Are calm, professional, and adaptable in a school environment

Essential Requirements:
* TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, EAL qualification or proven experience teaching English to non-native speakers
* An interest in developing a long-term career in secondary education
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or willingness to obtain one - we can help)
* Ability to provide professional references
* CV covering the last 10 years of employment where possible
* Legal right to work in the UK
