Receptionist - Temp to Perm | High-Profile Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a professional and forward-thinking Receptionist to join a busy, fast-paced office environment on a temp-to-perm basis, with excellent long-term career prospects.

This is a front-of-house role with significant responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional setting and is confident managing both reception and administrative duties. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the organisation with professionalism, discretion, and confidence.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high-volume reception area and welcoming visitors professionally

  • Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with confidence and discretion

  • Carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the wider office

  • Managing confidential and sensitive information in line with data protection procedures

  • Supporting internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
