Secondary School Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Ealing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role
This Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with teaching staff to support learning across the secondary curriculum. You will assist students academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them to engage confidently in lessons. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across KS3 and KS4 lessons
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
- Support students with additional learning needs, including SEN
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Support students' wellbeing and safeguarding requirements
