The Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment

We're Looking For:
Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, teaching assistant roles)
Confident communicators who can lead a classroom effectively

Those considering teacher training routes such as PGCE or SCITT
