Teaching Assistant - SEND Unit

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a warm and welcoming Primary School in Tameside to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a specialist SEND unit.

The Role

  • Full-time, long-term position within a specialist SEND provision

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs who are working at an EYFS level

  • Providing personalised support to help children engage, progress, and thrive

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver structured and engaging learning activities

Requirements

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly those with complex needs
