Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting young learners? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming Primary School in Oldham, supporting children within the Early Years setting.
The Role
Full-time position supporting children in Early Years, within a lively and active classroom environment
Assisting with daily classroom activities to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
Using effective behaviour management strategies to support children's learning and development
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children in Early Years
Confident managing behaviour in a busy and energetic classroom
Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient, with a genuine commitment to supporting children's progress
