SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are working on behalf of a welcoming Primary School in Denton to recruit dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils through tailored learning plans and strategies

  • Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

  • Work closely with class teachers and external professionals to monitor progress and adapt resources

  • Provide emotional and behavioural support to promote pupil well-being and success

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred but not essential)

  • Relevant qualifications in education or child development (advantageous)

  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and flexible approach

  • A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners
