A teaching assistant works very closely with the teachers to ensure that the students are safe and cared for whilst in the classroom and elsewhere on the school grounds.

You will need to demonstrate good reading, writing and numeracy skills and most schools will require GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.&nbsp;
