Year 3 Teacher - Ealing (Hanwell Area)
Part-Time | Monday to Wednesday | February Half Term Start | Long-Term Until July 2026 | KS2
Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in the Hanwell area of Ealing to recruit a Year 3 teacher to start from February half term and continue for the remainder of the academic year. This is a part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, providing consistency and support for pupils and staff.
The position exists to cover a teaching gap while maintaining the strong progress and standards already established in the year group. The school is looking for a teacher who can step in and sustain pupil outcomes while working collaboratively with their year group partner.

About the Role
As Year 3 teacher, you will:
- Plan, teach and assess engaging lessons across KS2 for your allocated days
- Work closely with your year group partner to ensure continuity of learning
- Support pupils' academic progress and behaviour in line with school policies
- Attend relevant meetings, parents' evenings, and professional development sessions on your working days
- Contribute positively to the school community
This role allows a part-time teacher to make a significant impact while providing continuity for pupils and staff.
Who We're Looking For
The school is seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has strong KS2 teaching experience, ideally with confident subject knowledge for Year 3
- Demonstrates effective classroom and behaviour management
- Works collaboratively with colleagues and communicates well with parents
- Can commit to Monday to Wednesday until at least July 2026
