Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French) - Secondary School - Runcorn - Long-Term Supply - Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in Runcorn to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French) for a long-term supply role starting immediately.

This is a full-time position, teaching French up to Year 11, and is expected to continue until at least Easter, covering a pre-planned absence.

The Role - MFL Teacher (French)

  • Teaching French across KS3 and KS4 (up to Year 11)
  • Opportunity to teach Spanish (advantageous but not essential)
  • Full-time timetable

  • Duration: until at least Easter

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching French in UK secondary schools
  • Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
  • Spanish teaching experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for language learning and pupil progress
  • Available to start immediately
  • Right to work in the UK
