This role is ideal for graduates and individuals with experience working with young people-such as teaching assistants, sports coaches, youth workers, mentors, or tutors-who are keen to progress into education.

Whether you're looking for flexible work or a full-time position, you'll be supported by experienced staff, benefit from ongoing CPD, and gain hands-on classroom experience while working alongside qualified teachers.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Support students with engagement, progress, and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff
  • Gain experience across a variety of subjects and year groups

We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people in any setting
  • Confident, clear communicators with the ability to lead a classroom
  • Professional, adaptable, and proactive individuals
  • A strong interest in pursuing teacher training (PGCE / SCITT routes)
  • Reliable team players committed to supporting student success
