The Role

As a graduate school support worker, you may:

  • Support students in lessons (whole class, small groups, or 1:1)
  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
  • Gain exposure to different subjects, year groups, and school environments
  • Build valuable experience for teacher training, PGCE, or education-related careers

Roles can include Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or Pastoral/SEN support, depending on your interests and the school's needs.

Requirements
