Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a network of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Bromley. This is a full-time role, working five days per week, ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in young people's education.

About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students across a range of abilities and needs. You may provide one-to-one support, work with small groups, or assist within the classroom to help students access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
