KS3 Teacher - Short-Term Assignment (Immediate Start)

We are working on behalf of a specialist secondary school in Hull to recruit a KS3 Teacher for a short-term placement starting in the coming weeks and running until Easter (approximately 5-7 weeks).

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive and well-structured environment, teaching a small Key Stage 3 class. The school is committed to providing a calm, inclusive, and nurturing setting where pupils are supported to re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and socially.

The Role:

  • Teaching a small KS3 class with a strong focus on individualised learning

  • Planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons suited to pupils' needs

  • Supporting pupils' academic progress, behaviour, and emotional development

  • Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff

  • Maintaining clear routines and a positive classroom environment

  • Available for an immediate or near-immediate start
