Primary Teacher

Worksop | Multi-Academy Trust | Flexible Supply Work

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of primary schools in the Worksop area.

This position is ideal for teachers seeking flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings. Opportunities include day-to-day supply as well as longer-term placements, depending on school needs and your availability.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • Follow lesson plans and adhere to individual school policies

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  • Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust

  • Maintain strong behaviour management and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching in UK primary schools

  • Is flexible, reliable, and confident in new environments

  • Demonstrates effective classroom and behaviour management

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development
